In the left hand menu you will find Clients with a + next to it.
Clicking on the word clients will take you to the full client list.
If you click the + next to a client this will allow you to add a new one.
A pop-up will appear for you to fill basic information about your client. Anything with a red * alongside it is a required field, we won’t be able to create a client without that data.
Once you have entered the data into this popup and pressed submit, the client will be created in the database.
For Funeral Directors, creating a client will use a credit. And you would click the + next to At-Need, Pre-Need, Memorial etc.
