How to add a new Customer/Client

Click on the arrow to the right of “Clients”, in the left hand menu, to show the options “Lead” and “Accounts”. Click the “+” next to “Leads” if it is a new Lead customer Lead or the “+” next to “Accounts” if it is a standard client account.

In the popup that appears please enter in the name of the client, and the client number you wish to use and press “Create”. The new client record will open.

Now that you are in the new client record you can enter in all the details about their account. Near the bottom of the “Information” tab you can add contacts and locations to the Client by clicking on their respective “New” buttons.
